Congratulations to Daniela Salas Rios on her amazing transformation! Daniela moved here temporarily from Colombia to nanny for a fellow Grailer. Although she had done some weightlifting previously, she had never done CrossFit. But she jumped right in and committed to getting faster, fitter, stronger and healthier. 💪
In just over 6 months, Daniela lost 18# of body fat ⬇️ and gained 4# of muscle ⬆️. In that time, Daniela averaged 21 CrossFit classes per month (that’s 5 classes per week), made healthier food choices and reduced alcohol consumption.
