Congratulations to Amy R on her 90-Day Transformation! Amy has a big birthday this year, her daughter’s wedding this summer and some fitness goals. She made a commitment herself to find her fitness again and lose some extra pounds that found her over the last few years.
By attending CrossFit classes 💪 at least 4 days a week and working on her nutrition 🍏, Amy lost 12# of body fat and gained 3.5# of muscle in just 12 weeks! A few weeks ago, she sent me an email that said, “I am wearing those jeans today!” 👖 When Amy started at the Grail, she couldn’t do burpees on the ground and now she makes it look easy! We are so proud of all her progress in such a short amount of time and can’t wait to see all she will accomplish in the future! 💛
