  1. For instance:Add 2 additional cups of vegetables or 2 additional cups of water per day. 🥒
  2. Eat out one less time per week.
  3. Reduce your soda or juice by half and replace with 0-cal flavored seltzer.
  4. Add one hour of exercise per week. 🏃‍♀️
  5. Get 30 extra minutes of sleep per night. 💤
  6. Replace the sugar and creamer in your coffee with unsweetened almond milk and Splenda. ☕
