Run Club is Back!

Run Club is back for the 2021 season! 🏃

Spring is here, so let’s get outside, enjoy the early morning Sunday sunshine and test our Running Skills! ☀️

Coach Ryan is heading up Run Club each Sunday morning at 7am starting this Sunday, April 11. Reserve your spot in Wodify so he knows to expect you (unless you are doing the run program on your own.) The meet-up spot will be at Fox Ridge Middle School unless otherwise specified in the WOD notes.

We will start the first couple weeks getting baselines – like your 1-mile run time, 5k (or three 1-mile runs), etc. ⏱️ Run Club will be anything from longer endurance runs, sprints with intermittent rest, agility intervals and more! A great way to work all of those metabolic pathways, strengthen your quad & calf muscles, keep those ankle and knee joints loose, and improve your cardio capacity! 💓
