December is always abuzz with excitement from Thanksgiving right through the New Year. The Grail Elf 🧝 made his appearance again, 2019 Grail ornaments were made with care (did you get yours?), and we enjoyed the 3rd Annual 12 Days of Christmas workout followed by the Christmas Eve HERO WOD “Camilleri.”
Among the excitement was the Grail Holiday Party. 🎉 We would like to extend our deepest thanks to Mike and Rachel Miles for hosting the party again this year at their beautiful home. Mike and Rachel go above and beyond in their entertaining, with amazing food, beverages, games, white elephant gift exchange, and even fun and games for the kids – of all ages! It is so nice to see all the wonderful friendships that have been formed through the Grail.
As we turn to the New Year, it is time to take stock of our lives and our health and recommit to our goals.
