stars“For those who think they can’t ‘do CrossFit’ because they are too old, too fat, unskilled, have too many injuries, or whatever… 13 months ago I gave it a try… I was 46 years old, 30 pounds overweight, had a spinal fusion a few years ago. I couldn’t do a sit-up without something to hold on to. Rather than using those as excuses, I used them as reasons to try! I needed to do something and I found what works for me!
