Split and Push Jerk

Warm-up

30 seconds each:

Jumping jacks

Samson stretch

Walk outs w/ Down dog

Toe touch, squat hold with extension

10 Scap push ups

10 scap pull ups

Warm-up

10 PVC pass through

W/ PVC

5 dip drive

5 push press

5 push drops from extension

5 split drops from extension

5 push jerks

5 split jerks

Repeat w/ barbell for 3 reps

Weightlifting

Split or push jerk from the rig building in weight, decreasing in reps.
