Strength

5 rounds:

A1. DB floor press x 10

A2. Jump squat 8

5 rounds:

B1. KB deadlift x 10

B2. Medball slam x 8

Metcon

12 minutes, with a partner for total meters:

P1: 100 m farmers carry (KBS or DBS)

P2: AMRAP meters on rower (until P1 returns from carry)
