It all started with a 60-Burpee for time baseline. 19 athletes put in $5. Day one = one burpee. Day 2 = 2 burpees. Day 3 = 3 burpees. And so on, and so on….until day 60. Some stuck it out the full 60 days. Some did not. Some put quarters in the jar for the days they missed. Some re-tested their 60-Burpee baseline time. Others absolutely refused!
The pot was up to $100. 10% of the pot goes the person who posted the best video to CrossFit Grail social media. The rest of the pot goes to the person who improved their burpee time by the highest percentage. So how did this shake out?
The CrossFit Grail athlete with the most improved percentage of time in the 60-Day Burpee Challenge is:
Jackie improved her time by a whopping 51.8%!
