If you are, we totally get it. You are out of our routine. Some of us are working more and having to work at from home, others are working less or not at all. We are stuck at home to entertain ourselves. You may have kids at home to homeschool and entertain. You don’t have a designated home-away-from-home gym with all the gadgets and equipment that you usually have to do your workouts. And working on your fitness just isn’t a priority.
But others seem to be thriving with their fitness during lockdown. Why is that?
