“Eric and Michelle reached out to me when they found out I was training for a half marathon. So I started working out at The Grail to supplement that. The trainers there are very knowledgeable and helpful on reaching my goals. They are also very concerned with my fitness and well being. Workout have been scaled and modified to accommodate some nagging injuries/pain I’m working through so I can still put in the work but not keep aggravating it.
Also the community there is great! Everyone is in it together and they are all supportive and encouraging as well.”
