KB Snatch: Do not have to go to ground every time. Swing through legs like KB swing. Do not have to alternate.
Russian Twist: With KB. Must touch ground on each side. Feet off the ground and no crossing legs.
Mountain Cimbers: foot must go to hand. No baby steps.
