30 Overhead Plate Lunges (25/15 lb)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 5 rounds. Split the work as necessary. Only one athlete can work at a time.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Overhead Dumbbell Walking Lunges is completed.
