The 6-Week Nutrition QUEST Challenge starts January 8, 2018!

Are you ready to get serious about your nutrition in the New Year? The 6-Week Nutrition Quest Challenge starts Monday, January 8, 20178 so we are having a Nutrition Training Workshop & Informational Meeting January 4, 2018 at CrossFit Grail to go over the guidelines for the challenge, review the points based system, and make sure all your questions are answered so you are set up for success!

This is not (just) about weight loss, not another ‘diet.’ This is about hitting the reset button, a jumpstart to a new and improved way of eating, appropriately nourishing your body for your goals, fueling for top performance, and being the healthiest version of yourself.

This is YOUR Challenge – you are not competing against anyone else for weight loss, fat loss or muscle gain. This is about you challenging yourself to be the healthiest you possible.

I will also have additional documents and info in the secret FB group you will be added to once you sign-up for the challenge.
