3 Tips for Starting an Exercise Routine

  1. Start with Small Steps: Book a consultation to discuss your goals, get all your questions answered, and develop the best plan for you. Then attend a small group beginner class or personal training to get familiar with common movements, the facility, and the trainers to start your fitness journey.
  2. Put it on the Calendar: Make an appointment for exercise just as you would any other important appointment. Plan for at least a one-hour small group class, 3 days a week to start.
  3. Get an Accountability Group: People are more likely to stick to an exercise program when they have support and accountability. By having a community of people expecting you and a trainer ready to work with you and push you to be your best, you set yourself up for success.
